Shipping costs, how long orders take, and what to do if something arrives damaged.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses only, by USPS Ground Advantage. Orders ship within 2–3 business days after they're confirmed, and most arrive 2–5 business days after that.
Shipping is priced by the packed weight of your whole order (the items plus about 4 oz for the box and packing). The cart shows your exact shipping cost before you check out.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. Checkout only accepts US shipping addresses.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with USPS tracking.
Orders & returns
Can I return an item?
All sales are final. Each piece is printed for your order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been printed yet, we'll do our best to change it.
Products
How are your products made?
Everything in the shop is 3D printed in our shop in Surry, New Hampshire, then checked and packed by hand. Each listing names the material it's printed in.
Who designed the items?
Some items are our own designs. Others are printed from designs by other creators that are licensed for commercial sale, and those listings credit the designer and the license.
Custom work
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We take on custom 3D printing and modeling, woodworking and software projects. Send us a request describing what you're trying to solve and we'll reply with next steps.
Where do you work?
We work locally across New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts, and further afield when the project makes sense. 3D printed parts and software can go anywhere.
Payment
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails your receipt when the order goes through.
Do you have discount codes?
When we run a promotion, enter the code on the checkout page.
